As a Leader in SalesSavant, you have full visibility into your entire sales organization. This guide explains what you can expect from the platform and how to get the most value from your investment.


What You'll See

Organization-Wide Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your sales organization:

  • Performance Trends: Track how your teams are performing over time.
  • Call Volume: Monitor activity levels across all teams and reps.
  • Score Distributions: See how your organization is performing against your scorecards.
  • AI Coaching Priorities: Get a ranked list of the issues most worth your managers' attention this week.
  • Missed Wins & Best Calls: Quickly review the calls where deals were lost and the ones worth replicating.

All Teams Visibility

As a Leader, you can:

  • View calls from any team in your organization via Calls
  • Access coaching insights for all managers and reps via Reps (drill into any individual)
  • Switch between teams and orgs from the top bar

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Organization Setup

You have full administrative access to configure SalesSavant:

  • Integrations: Connect and manage Zoom and Fathom accounts for the organization.
  • Team Structure: Create teams, assign managers, and organize your sales force.
  • Billing: Manage your subscription and add seats as your team grows.
  • Scripts & Scoring: Define or approve the scorecards that measure rep performance.

2. Strategic Oversight

Use SalesSavant to answer critical business questions:

  • Which teams are consistently hitting their targets?
  • Where are the coaching opportunities across the organization?
  • What patterns differentiate top performers from the rest?
  • How is performance trending month-over-month?

3. Enabling Your Managers

Help your managers succeed by:

  • Reviewing the coaching tools available to them
  • Setting expectations for how call insights should be used
  • Celebrating wins surfaced in the Dashboard's Best Calls section

Getting Started Checklist

  1. Complete Onboarding: Ensure your organization is set up and integrations are connected.
